MADISON COUNTY, INDIANA
Empowering Young Minds Through STEM
The STEM Pathways Youth Initiative provides engaging, project-based STEM experiences for elementary and middle school students. We focus on building confidence, creativity, and critical thinking.

Neighborhood Access
We bring coding, robotics, and engineering directly to Madison County neighborhoods. Our programs are designed to reduce or remove cost and prerequisite barriers, welcoming every child.
Removing Barriers
Zip codes and learning differences should never limit a child's access to the tools of tomorrow. We strive to bring free and low cost programs to you.
From hands-on electronics to CAD design, our mobile lab will turnlocal neighborhoods into active engineering spaces where curiosity drives the curriculum.
Our Core Objectives
Our goal is to provide accessible, high-quality, hands-on STEM experiences to K-8 students in Madison County - particularly at-risk and neurodiverse youth - so they can develop foundational skills, confidence, and a growth mindset that will serve them throughout their lives.
Build Essential Life Skills
Help students develop critical transferable skills including problem-solving, critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, resilience, and technical literacy through project-based learning in coding, engineering design, electronics, CAD, and robotics.
Foster Confidence and Curiosity
Create positive, supportive learning environments where every child - regardless of background or prior experience - can explore STEM, experience success, and discover their potential.
Promote Equity and Inclusion
Prioritize serving at-risk, neurodiverse, and underserved students to help reduce opportunity gaps and ensure all young people in Madison County have a chance to benefit from quality STEM education.
Strengthen Community Impact
Build sustainable partnerships with local organizations and contribute to long-term community benefits by equipping young people with skills that support future educational success, economic mobility, and a stronger local workforce.
Build a Brighter Madison County
